Alanda Carver - Juan De Fuca Electoral Area

Alanda Carver - picAlanda Carver grew up in Metchosin and has resided in rural Otter Point west of Sooke since 1986. She is a founding member of the Otter Point and Shirley Resident and Ratepayers Association, one of the architects of the area’s strategic vision project, and the founder and president of the Muir Creek Protection Society.

A busy local yoga teacher working with teens, adults and seniors, she spends her weekdays handling the Sooke to Port Renfrew mail run for Canada Post. Blessed with a positive attitude and strong leadership skills, she is moderate, hard working, accessible, fair minded and inclusive.
