Jennifer Rice - Prince Rupert Council
Jennifer is a community engager, environmental consultant, and advocate. She is 37 years old and is employed with the T.Buck Suzuki Environmental Foundation. She is also the current Chair of Friends of Wild Salmon, a coalition of concerned citizens, First Nations, commercial and recreational fisherman from Prince George to Haida Gwaii working towards a common goal: the protection of wild salmon.
Jennifer believes that people should have a say in the decisions that affect them locally and that change can only happen if people get involved in the processes that create change. She will work hard to engage the people that live in Prince Rupert and help facilitate a common vision.
